1) PRE-VACUUM– the areas using Max-Vac extraction to remove the dry soil (which accounts for over 70% of the dirt in carpets).  Our vacuum has 95″ of static lift and 152 CFM of suction, earning the Gold Seal of Approval from the CRI (carpet and rug institute), due to its HEPA filtration system and Hexaguard Technology that uses activated carbon to absorb odor. 

2)  TREAT STAINS– with eco friendly products specifically designed for certain stains based on their make up/chemistry.

3) PRE SPRAY– traffic areas using only green products that contain special polymers which capture (encapsulate) the soil and suspend it to for soil extraction.  Our products also contain ingredients which reduce resoiling & ensure a longer lasting clean.

4) AGITATION– the traffic areas are agitated with a brush, CRB machine, or fiber pad to loosen & capture soil from the carpet fibers.

5) EXTRACTION– (VLM) the Swirly or Koblenz rotary machine gently scrubs 360 degrees of the carpet fiber to provide maximum extraction & very thorough clean.

6)GROOM/POST SPRAY– We finish by grooming the areas cleaned & post spraying a natural deodorizer (odor free) to eliminate odors.  This leaves you with an amazingly CLEANER CARPET, that will DRY FASTER, and STAY CLEAN LONGER!

                   WHY NOT HOT WATER EXTRACTION?

The Steam Clean method is actually hot water that is not hot enough/long enough to sanitize or disinfect the carpet. The high pressure will actually drive soil particles into the backing which creates rapid resoiling, and bacterial growth & a musty smell if  not adequately dried.  See below for example of where soil & excess moisture goes with hot water extraction.

We do provide Hot Water Extraction, as it is necessary in Fire and Water Damage claims.  We provide the same 6 steps as outlined above for hot water extraction as well.
